The Dangers of Deceiving a Viscount

If youโ€™re as big a fan of Jane Austen as I am, any book written in the Regency era immediately grabs my attention! ๐Ÿ‘—๐Ÿ’๐Ÿ‘‘๐Ÿ’‹

Historical romance has taken the world by storm! โšก๏ธ And rightly so, I mean, probably the only time men were wanting to be seen as a gentlemen! ๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€โค๏ธโ€๐Ÿ‘จ

No worries dear readers, I jest! ๐Ÿ˜‰๐Ÿƒ

I found this book at Indigo, truthfully looking for something else, but after swooning so much over The Viscount Who Loved Me, the title had my immediate attention! โค๏ธโ€๐Ÿ”ฅ

Nonetheless, Julia London writes an amazingly detailed romance on Viscount Summerfield and his soon to be leading Lady, Madame Dupree. ๐Ÿ’—

Madame Dupree is an identity Lady Phoebe hides behind as she works as a seamstress to avoid scandalous rumours to be spread about her family. As Lord Summerfield hires the modiste ๐Ÿงต๐Ÿชกto fix his sisters up with gowns for their first debut into society, that will be the talk of the ton, he quickly falls in love. ๐Ÿคฉ

Julia London compels her reader as she tells the romantic affairs between forbidden love ๐Ÿ’”, the unfortunate truth of the scandal๐Ÿ’Œ , and surely reminds her readers that a ladyโ€™s secrets will always be revealed. ๐Ÿคซ

I finished this book in only three days! London is an exceptional author, and I am sure to look for her books more often! ๐Ÿ“š๐Ÿ’™
